The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)Internship provides participants with the opportunity to apply finance skills, strengthen business acumen, and grow! During this 12 week internship you will own a project and have an opportunity to receive mentoring from Finance leadership while driving differentiated results. Participants will own a project within a specific Finance discipline to deliver key business impact.
Project assignments could be in areas such as:
Financial Planning & Analysis
SEC & External Reporting
Investment Decision & Analysis
Commercial (Sales) Reporting & Analysis

This position is located at our global headquarters in Saint Joseph and Benton Harbor, Michigan - a breathtaking vacation community on 40 miles of Lake Michigan beachfront, where swimming, sailing, kayaking, waterskiing, boating, and beach volleyball are abundant.
Minimum Background and Experiences
Progress in MBA curriculum with an emphasis in Finance
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 and an anticipated completion date in 2020
3-5 years of practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, or transferrable field
Preferred Background and Experiences
Knowledge of financial systems, analysis methodologies and technical standards applicable to corporate accounting and finance
Demonstrated ability to drive differentiated results
Global mindset to thrive in a diverse culture and environment
Demonstrated analytical proficiency
