Celink is hiring a Controller to complement the existing accounting team. This person will be responsible for directing the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions. These functions include establishing and maintaining the organization's accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
Oversee the operations and staff of the Accounting department
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
Oversee the accounting operations of the parent company, including transaction-processing operations and financial reporting
Review and approve accounts payable and account receivable invoices
Review and approve all general ledger accounts on a monthly basis to ensure timely reconciliation and resolution of outstanding items
Issue timely and complete financial statements
Coordinate the preparation of corporate monthly, quarterly and annual board reports

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience resulting in advanced knowledge of accounting, finance, or a related field
4+ years of additional related experience
2 or more years of experience in a management position
Custodial or mortgage accounting work experience is highly desirable
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar designation preferred
Tax experience preferred
