The company is a planning based Registered Investment Advisory (RIA), who owns their own Broker Dealer, is backed by private equity, and is head quartered in California. The RIA currently manages over $4 billion and is growing rapidly with business on a path to become a $10 billion firm within the next few years.
A financial advisor who is comfortable working with high net worth individuals and excels in closing business. The advisor is not required to do any prospecting as all appointments are scheduled for you.
The financial advisor will:
Meet with clients to determine their expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial objectives, tax status, risk tolerance, or other information needed to develop a financial plan.
Review client accounts and plans on a regular basis to understand if life or economic changes, situational concerns, or financial performance necessitate changes in their plan.
Review and communicate portfolio performance to clients
Initiate periodic, follow-up calls with prioritized clients to update financial plans.
Respond to clients questions regarding account allocation, investment methodology, etc...
Facilitate public workshops on a regular basis
Minimum of 5 years of client facing wealth management or financial planning experience
BA/BS or Masters Degree
CFP® professional designation of Certified Financial Planner is required
Previous experience at an RIA firm is preferred
Self-started with the ability to work independently
Sales aptitude and experience is highly desired
Strong communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills
Excellent public speaking skills
Familiarity with a Client Relationship Management database (CRM)
