Works with CFO, divisional president, and management team by providing systems, administrative, planning, analysis support and recommendations. Oversees all data and accounting process flows.

Manages the accounting and reporting functions for the Schupan Asset Management division.
Oversees and prepares budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.
Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
Reviews all divisional financial statements and processes to ensure accurate and timely distribution.
Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress.
Provides insight, cost studies, and expertise, to help company leadership develop long term strategies.
Create a dashboard for operations and transportation for streamlined financial processes and continuous improvement.
Evaluates accounting and control processes, working with operations to achieve continuous improvement strategies.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of five years related experience. Candidate must possess strong experience/knowledge in fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and budgeting.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Detailed oriented with strong problem solving skills
Ability to apply analytical skills to all financial statements comparing current year performance versus prior year and budget.
Teambuilding skills in developing relationships with the finance department, CFO and other divisional controllers.
Ability to develop analytical charts and graphs to present to the president and CFO to assist with presentations.
Ability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
