The Director of Finance is the Road Commission for Oakland County’s (RCOC) leader in directing the financial and budgetary activities for the Road Commission, the Retirement System, the Deferred Compensation Plan and the Retiree Health Care Trust.  The Director of Finance is responsible for a wide range of areas, including:   Leads and manages the finance department of 14 for the agency, as well as leading all financial activity for the RCOC including the department budget of $1M annually, agency budget of $170M+ annually, and combined assets of $310M from the Retirement System, Deferred Compensation Plan, and Retiree Health Care Trust.
