Position Purpose: Schedule and manage financial services activities and processing which includes all student financial assistance, financial aid processing, financial planning and literacy, student account and billing inquiries, payment plans, and student employment through various communication systems. Counsel and advise students and parents about financial services operations, methods, and policies and procedures. Resolve complex student issues. Assist in the development and implementation of workshops, seminars, and presentations related to financial assistance, financial aid, financial literacy, student accounts and billing, and student employment. Assist in the development and implementaiton of staff training programs to insure knowledge of current policies
