Continental Properties is looking for a Regional Director to join our Michigan Operations team.
Are you an experienced leader in property management looking for an exciting opportunity to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities? As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing your growing portfolio of communities. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, managing expenses, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. You will provide guidance and leadership to onsite Community Managers, ensuring compliance with our company values and operating procedures, while fostering a positive living experience for residents.
Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits to assess operations, risk management, and maintenance of properties within the region
Oversee and execute the annual budgeting process, ensuring financials align with company expectations and market conditions
Lead and mentor Community Managers and Area Managers, supporting their development and fostering a customer-centric culture
Analyze community performance metrics, develop action plans, and implement strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
Collaborate with construction and marketing teams on lease-up communities to generate leads and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
Skills for Success:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management, with prior experience in a regional leadership role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in property management or a related field
Strong financial acumen, with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams
Proficiency in property management software platforms such as RealPage, MRI, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
