Strategy, Planning and Management  Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organization and related entities with regard to operational goals, budgets and forecasts. Serve as strategic business partner on the senior leadership team. Communicate, engage and support the CEO, COO, and Department Directors. Create and establish annual and multi-year financial objectives that align with the company’s plans for growth and expansion. Provide strategic recommendations regarding operations models and revenue growth.  Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting  Prepare and present monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss
